§ II · THE OFFERING

Fit For Gov is a single-principal civic-technology practice, registered in British Columbia, building custom municipal websites and civic software for Canadian municipalities. The work is delivered direct, without a tier of account managers between principal and council.

Every site we ship is statically generated, served from a Canadian edge, versioned in a git repository the municipality co-owns, and built on a dependency tree small enough to read in an afternoon. The architecture is the security posture.

Engagements are scoped to fit beneath the direct-award procurement threshold by design — most municipal sites can be delivered for less than the cost of three months of incumbent licensing and remediation.

01
Static architecture
Pre-rendered HTML at the edge. No database, no admin, no remote-code execution surface to defend.
02
Three production dependencies
A short BOM is auditable. The smaller the supply chain, the smaller the attack surface.
03
Edge CDN delivery
Canadian-hosted, sub-100ms TTFB everywhere it matters. No origin to overwhelm.
04
Auditable git-tracked deploys
Every change is a commit. Every deploy is a SHA. The attack surface is a git repository.

Fit or Forward.

If Fit For Gov is not the right team for the outcome your municipality requires, I tell you that on the first call and connect you with the team that is. The answer is always yes or forward.
