Why This Exists
Municipal procurement exists to protect taxpayers. But most procurement processes are designed to protect the municipality from vendors — not to protect the municipality from bad outcomes. This guarantee inverts that. The risk shifts to me.
If I can't deliver what I promised, I shouldn't keep your money. That's the simplest form of accountability I know.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This guarantee applies to all engagements initiated after January 1, 2026.
